Phillip Millard has been pastor since November 2012. Phillip grew up in Hot Springs graduating from Lake Hamilton High School. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Phillip and his wife, Angela, have 3 children: Jeremiah, Joy Hope and Jadynn.
